Just follow these simple packing & shipping rules:
- Be sure to pack your boxes tightly. Fill any empty spaces with newspaper or bubble-wrap to ensure your items travel safely.
- Number your boxes on the outside of each box. Ex- 1/1, or 1/2 and 2/2.
- Your invoice with address needs to be attached to each box with a clear UPS pouch. Your UPS driver should have a supply of these with him when he picks up your boxes or you can pick them up at any UPS or Mail Box Etc. Store.
A couple of things to know about our Canadian Shipping Policy:
- You MUST submit a list of your items via our Trade Calculator in order to receive free shipping. Sorry, but items valued at $0.05 or less are not eligible.
- Our Trade Calculator values are in US Dollars.
- We love books and VHS tapes but unfortunately they're too heavy to qualify for free shipping. If you have a large collection you're looking to sell, feel free to contact us and we'll see how we can help you.
